[RESOLVED] I can't get into my magic window...

My password is not recognized and I can't get one emailed to me so that I can start over. Any ideas? Thank you!

First, PM your MC. They may have forgotten to put you in as BC. It happens - don't ask me how I know.

Second, if you've logged into the uploader using the generic login/password, you'll need to log out of that, or else it'll tell you that you don't have permission to get into the MW.

If these two items aren't working, then please give more information. Exactly what is the error message you get when trying to login?

Hello, Tricia! Actually, I'm trying to enter section 07, so I've been in before. I've tried the steps you listed in a somewhat similar thread below, but I'm not sent an email to help me get back in.

I'm not getting the email to reset the password. The message says it's been sent, but I'm not getting it. Obviously, my forum password is working. For years I had them the same. I recently changed the forum password, and now can't get into the MW or the uploader. I did cheat and finally use the generic uploader password so that I could upload the section for the DPL.
