I know that we have the "try not to go over 70 minutes", and the "don't have over 256 sections in an MW", but is there a time limit for how long an entire project can be?

Like say there's 256 sections in a project, that are 70 minutes each. Is that breaking a limit of some sort? I'm just curious.

No. :)

Listeners would probably hate it, unless they had a device/app that lets them bookmark where they stop each time. But there are no technical limits in a 256-section, 72-minutes-per-section project.

(Doing the math, that would be a 307-hour project - 12 full days, plus some!)

However - for different reasons projects can not go over 255 sections, not 256. Archive is not set up to handle that many satisfactorily.
