I posted my new book in the launch pad without the code (oops) and the post was there temporarily, but removed, probably because it lacked the code (which I have). Is there a special place the code goes?

Yes. Go to the New Projects Launch Pad and go to one of the stickies, according to the type of book you'd like to start. You'll find the Project Template Generator there or in an included link to the wiki. Fill in all the info for your book, hit OK to send your forum code, and you'll see a bunch of stuff that is editable. Run through it again, make any desired changes, and copy EVERYTHING you see on the page. Then go back to the Projects Launch Pad and post a new topic as normal there, hitting Paste.

I moved your thread. You do NOT need to post it again.

Go to Book Suggestions. Your thread was moved to there.

If you can't find your posts, go to the upper left corner to Quick Links, and click that. Then go to Your Posts.

Sorry. No, follow Tricia's instructions. The ones I gave are for the general process of starting a new, un-removed project.

An easy way to check what is going on before answering some questions is to click on the poster's post count and it lists their posts. I find it often makes it easier to give helpful answers.
