I'm new here and have poured over the Wiki and Phil's videos for the past few days. They've been so helpful! One process question I'm unable to find an answer to: Do readers who have claimed chapters begin their work while the project is in Readers Wanted, or must they wait until it’s moved to Readers Found? In other words, does the project get the green light to begin only when it's moved to Readers Found?

Good question. And the answer is that you can record immediately as soon as you are assigned that section. No need to wait for the rest of the sections to be claimed. Keep asking and we will keep answering.
