Problem with Audacity

I am using Audacity on Mac and I recently expereienced a problem. I cannot export to MP3 on Audacity. Audacity told me to install LAME. I downloaded it and cannot install. Do anyone know how to solve this problem? Thank you.

What exactly do you mean by "cannot install"? I had some trouble with installing it, too, my first time, but after I followed the proper instructions it worked out fine.
