Welcome on LibriVox, Poseidon09 :)

Lately there was a thread about just that; ah, yes, it was this one I think:
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=71984&p=1514255&hilit=recording+phone#p1514255

Does this help?

Twisted Wave is a recording/editing app for iOS that should do the job. I tested it a little bit and it seems to work ok. You can't adjust the input volume on an iPhone (you can on an iPad) due to some kind of... something. I asked the Twisted Wave tech support people about i and they explained and then I forgot what they said :)

Uploading will take a few extra steps but there's a post in that other thread that explains how to manage by saving your audio files to Dropbox or similar and navigating there in our Uploader. I have not tried this yet!

Ah yes here's that post: viewtopic.php?p=1513489#p1513489
