Help needed with Garageband - exporting to mono

Hi folks,

There's a guy who reads so wonderfully but his Garageband seems to be different from the one in the wiki, so that we don't get a mono recording. I know there are people doing this successfully here; is there anyone who can help out telling what to do that the recording is saved mono?

Here's a free, pro-quality plugin; available free from Brainworx that will convert stereo to mono. I use it all the time and it's great.
