does it give you an error message?
If you added any metadata / tags, delete them all and try again. If that doesn't work, try making the MP3 a zip file and uploading that way. It's not a solution, but we'll be able to access your file and try to figure out why the uploader doesn't like it.

Are you trying to upload an MP3 or some other file format?
