After uploading my 1 minute test, how long does it take to hear back from Admn and how do they contact me? Thanks!

It takes up to a few days. And it's not necessarily an admin that checks the tests.

You'll get a response in your test thread that you posted.

EDIT: I just checked, and you never posted your uploaded test link in the forums. No one will know it's there unless you tell us so.

If you don't have the link anymore, upload the test again. This time, copy the URL that comes up when it's done uploading, and put it in a new thread over in Listeners & Editors Wanted. Along with the link, tell what software you're using, what kind of microphone you're using, and any other info you think would be helpful.
