EXPORTING TO MP3

hi there everybody. I've got a new laptop this week as most of you will know. I just need to be reminded, when I'm exporting a file to mp3, do I need to be on Constant, and also what bit rate it needs to be on??? Thanks.

Yes, bitrate needs to be 128 kbps and constant
