Hello,

I wanted to include a reading of Lucy Parsons' 1884 essay A Word to Tramps in the short nonfic collection. The original piece was published in the Alarm magazine on 10/4/1884. This printing is available on microfiche but has not, to my knowledge, been digitized or made available online. The only two versions I can find, which differ slightly, are at Archive.org:

https://archive.org/details/AWordToTramps
https://archive.org/details/lucyparsonstotramps

Both indicate that the material is not in copyright, but since these are not the original printing I thought it worth asking before claiming a spot.

Apologies if this is information that is spelled out elsewhere

Thanks!

John

Because the one Archive submission said it was reprinted in some 1886 book, I searched for that book and found it on Hathi Trust. You can use this link as your source:

This one is clearly public domain (an original scan of a book printed in 1922 or earlier). 8-)

Serial novel: The Wandering Jew
