Does it tell you something about an unknown security certificate? In that case it helps to add an exception for this site. (I guess, LibriVox is trustworthy ;) )

Brianna,

My Chrome browser tells me that our certificate is "valid", could it be that some old certificate got stuck on your system and your browser uses that instead of getting a new one? See if you can find a way to refresh it.

What browser and OS do you have?

Briana,

Are you using a Windows or Apple computer?

When you open a webpage are you using Firefox, Google Chrome. Microsoft Explorer/ Edge, something else?

Librivox is using SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt, a fairly new certificate authority that's not supported in Windows XP before Service Pack 3, so I can only assume you're using XP with Service Pack 2 or earlier, which you really shouldn't be using for a variety of reasons unrelated to LibriVox. So please upgrade to at least Service Pack 3, and ideally a newer and supported version of Windows.

Cheers!
