[OK]Launching Audacity in Apple

Hi I wonder if you can help..

HAve been using Audacity but now it won't launch it comes up with the error msge:

Audacity is already running.
The system has detected that another copy of Audacity is running.
Running two copies of Audacity simultaneously may cause
data loss or cause your system to crash.

Use the New or Open commands in the currently running Audacity
process to open multiple projects simultaneously.

Have tried force quitting and restarting but no joy.
My computer is Mac OS X 10.7.5

Ive just resolved the problem. Found this link in case you need it and it worked.
