Hi. Unfortnately both of these test samples are in wav format and I can't check them out properly that way. Please export the sample as an mp3 and upload again. Sorry for the problem here but it is very easily fixed. Thanks for your patience.

You're on the right track. Have you looked at the wiki page I suggested? It seems that you didn't. Please do.
Perhaps I'd better name the mistakes.
"Test_1": in stereo (we need mono), sample rate 48000 (we need 44100), audio is too soft (we need it much louder), the file is exported with 192 kbps (we need 128 kbps).
"Test_2": basically same mistakes, except that it's a touch louder than the first (still not loud enough), and has some crackling noises throughout.
Does that help?
P.S. 1-minute tests should usually be posted to "Listeners & Editors Wanted" forum. An admin can move the thread once you know it's going to be moved.
