How do you get the "official OK"

Hi all, How do I know if I have been given an official OK? Is there more I should be doing other than submitting the one minute test? I have read around and I'm not seeing anything else that needs to be done. I know this is all volunteer work so if i just need to wait till an MC approves that's all good. I just want to make sure I'm not missing something.
