Well, it seems to take some time. I just checked, and one of my newly favourite items doesn't show up at all, while the other shows a smaller count than the actual page.

ETA: and now it shows both with the same view count as the actual pages.

This does seem to work. Cumbersome, but doable...

Thanks, Ruth.

At least you only have to do it once, then favorite each new recording as it is completed. You don't, I find, have to be logged in to see your favorites.

I take it there is a difference between downloads and views? the old site used to say downloads, but now it says views.

I doubt that it is "views" in the sense of looking at the page. They'd have a gazillion of those type of views. :) I think it's any bit of a download or a stream by an IP address within X amount of time.

Hello,

archive.org is now providing weekly & monthly downloads through API.

I created a page to show these values for 40 readers.
http://ekzemplaro.org/librivox/archive_views/

Please just click the ID. Then titles and numbers appear.

Cheers,
Masa
