What book are you listening to? If the chapters are misnumbered, it can be checked and corrected if need be.
Cheers,
Carl.

American Psychology 1922-1947. It's the nearest thing to American Psycho that we are allowed to record.

I had the same problem.
When I copy all files at once to my player, they are a mess.
I use this little free program => http://www.oliver-frietsch.de/reorganize/index.php?lng=en

I think Hokuspokus is on the right track. The problem appears to be
due to a deficiency in how MS Windows works regarding the order of
files. The file manager (aka, My Computer) seems to have some internal
order which is not based on filename order (which pretty much means
alphabetical order).
I have this problem in Winamp. When I drag the files for a LibriVox
audio book (or for a music album in which the filenames start with the
track number), the files are not in any logical order. Fortunately,
Winamp has several types of sorting, including as "sort by filename".
Oddly enough (odd because I don't understand it), if I drag the folder
containing the files to Winamp, the files are displayed in correct
order by filename.
Phil, since Winamp can be used to create playlists of the files which
are on your player -- assuming it supports playlists, that would be an
alternative to the program ReOrganize! which Hokuspokus suggests,
especially if you already have Winamp.
