Why only MCs can remove sections from the magic window?

Well, I'm not wanting to delete any section. This is just a question that came into my mind as I'm always curious...

Because it's a dangerous ability. Click an X, and *poof* all the info it contained is gone. We figured it was safer to limit the superpower. 8-)

Which translates to " if I muck deleting a section up I have to try and restore it somehow."

At least there is a warning screen now, asking if you REALLY want to delete that sect ion. At first there was nothing, just boom, it 's gone. Whoops.

Well - just the link to it. The file itself would still be in the uploader. But one would have to scour the thread for the reader, the file URL and the file duration, and then go to the text to figure out what the section title used to be. :shock:

Err, no - in the section compiler there's still no warning. It's a click-and-gone. The validator (MCs only, for cataloging) has a warning. Maybe that's what you're thinking of. :)
