It would require someone to translate about a hundred or two "strings" (phrases used in the templates), using the precise spacing and format coding used in the forum. I would have to find the spreadsheet we used, which had the strings listed.

Then a programmer would need to fold it into the coding.

It would be lovely if you find the spreadsheet. I will translate it and discuss with the team, then send to you any way that suits you.
Thank you

Hmm. I can't find the spreadsheet on my computer or on our backup server. It would have to be re-generated.

Maybe over the Christmas break...

Did you share it with Kazbek for creating Russian variant back in those days?

I don't remember who it was, but yes, we created the Russian variant last year.

Tricia, do you confirm that the lines from IntheDesert are are those we need to translate?

I haven't been able to confirm.

Don't work off of those just yet. If they are the strings we need, you'll need to submit them in a format we can use. (Putting them in a Word document or a text file would cause more work to import.)

Hopefully this weekend I can confirm it - unless InTheDesert can head this up rather than our household...

We have two programmers in the team, so I think we'll manage.

He's working on it. He's got scripts - just has to remember how to use them. ;)

OK, here it is: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uXl3U8FRcXa27kIxaE90Hl8-k1C4KNUQO3iRhgNScXo/edit?usp=sharing

The first column is the string "key" in the coding. The second is the English.

Each language is in a separate column after that. Scroll to your column and begin!

The genres lists are included, but they do not end up translated. We also need the name of the language in its native language for the pick list to choose the language. Is украї́нська мо́ва the correct term to put in the pick list?

Please keep all formatting and %s notations in the cells! These will be needed when we re-import the strings. If any strings don't make sense, look at the very first column. Its "key" may help.

**Note that you need to put the text in EXACTLY as it's meant to go in: proper capitals, spaces, quote marks, etc.**

Question about a specific row/cell? Reference the row or cell number in your post.

Are the translations complete? They appear to be, but I want to be sure before they're integrated into the system.
