Hi all,
I'm just wondering, when there is an opportunity to mention "name, city, date" at the end of a recording - would it be acceptable to substitute "website" for "city", or is this generally frowned upon as being too much self-promotion?
End "credits"

Originally we had "website" as an option also, but then we discovered someone had a website that... well, we didn't want to be associated with AT ALL. So while you may hear people saying their website in old recordings, we now do not want them.

Understood, no problem. Funny you say about the individual's website... I logged in here today after a lengthy time away, and somehow my login was hacked - with my website link pointing to a viagra site! These things do happen - I've since changed my password and fixed the link!

Yikes! And we don't have any way of knowing when that happens.
