I understand that if it's anything except Gutenberg, the 1925 rule applies (95 years) but there is an exception for Gutenberg because they do checks. Is that also true for Hathitrust?
The book I'm hoping for is here (1932) and Hathi shows it to me as full view and PD:

Yes, HathiTrust is generally reliable with checking copyright renewals. This one says public domain, google digitized so it should be okay to record for LibriVox.
