What does it mean when a project is placed on hold? Does this mean that the BC is still interested but just needs to take a break? Are we permitted to contact the BC of a project on hold to offer help? (Perhaps 'permitted' is not the correct word.)

On hold means it's not available om the forum and it's the MC who makes that decision. And who decides when or if to seek help.
