Thank you, schrm! And thanks to TriciaG, Mary in Arkansas, Madelyn Pauline (hertzm), julianpratley, Greg Giordano, Amelia Chesley (plaidsicle), and KevinS. Without all of you, there would be no podcast, If it turned out well, it's because all of you had such interesting things to say!

What a wonderful job, Maria! You're ready for the big time!

I enjoyed everyone's contribution, especially the bloopers for the laughter they brought me. But not everything is laughter. There's sentiment and hopefulness, too. Commitment and sharing and community and far more than that.

Many thanks to you!

P.S. Tell KevinS that I've heard his story from the second grade. It's not really that interesting.

Great job, Maria! For a first time podcast coordinator you sure sounded expert. Your idea to share thoughts of how different narrators are handling the challenge of COVID was spot on. Many thanks to you and all the readers who made this podcast possible!

Take care, stay healthy and be blessed!

My goodness! I'm overwhelmed by so many kind words from so many of you! Thank you for all your support!
I hope the podcast is making a comeback -- We need other folks to take up the baton and run with it!

Oh, thank you all :D
It did me really good to listen to each one of you, to know what you are doing during this stressing pandemic time. It was a kind of a trip, meeting people I know and which voice I would recognize anytime, anywhere. Besides a narrator (in Portuguese) I am also an almost "fanatic" LibriVox listener, wherever I go, any free time I have.
Thank you, Maria, for this great podcast

I am looking for a way to invite people to our third LibriVox Chit-Chat Zoom session and it is obvious that you good people who make podcasts don't mind sharing your voices and ideas. Yeah! We meet this evening at 9 central standard. Our agenda is open but I will ask participants to describe how they keep track of their commitments; what do you use to be sure nothing is forgotten or overlooked. (this was requested by a newer member). What you are working on or plan to work on will probably come up. What your recording set up is; most difficult thing about recording where you are; most favorite author to read and interpret. Cats, dogs, birds, hobbies. Health problems. We are interested in it ALL! let's share. Y'all come if possible. EDIT: and let me know if there are difficulties in joining please. I am trying to eliminate as many technical problems as I can.

Phil Chenevert is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Phil,

I've been a guest on one or two podcasts, but have never produced one, thus I don't think I have much to offer.

However, I am more than happy to be a part of any podcast that may need a willing participant.

Take care and thank you for the invitation!
