Thanks, John, glad you liked the cover. Your reading of the book was wonderful, too, and called to my mind this phrase from Paradise Lost "dovelike sat brooding on the vast abyss".

FYI, you can find who makes a cover by clicking on the second link under the thumbnail on your catalogued page. That opens up the CD Case covers page, which generally lists the cover maker.

Strange thing happened on the way to the claims board:
Yesterday I claimed Masterpieces of Negro Eloquence. My name showed up on the board. Today I checked the board and my name wasn't on there. I claimed it again. No harm done but I'm just reporting the glitch.

I generally have to do both. I click it on the dropdown menu but it doesn't appear in the box, so then I type it in. But I don't leave the page until after I hit CONFIRM and it shows up on the board.

it was odd - when I looked yesterday it was claimed by Melody so I hunted around to find out who Melody was and asked around and no one knew so I eventually deleted it - and it definitely said melody before I did - I guess it will remain one of life's mysteries as we don't have security cameras :D

heyho,

i just wanted to finish up the cover for the boyscouts, and saw that tricia made a cover for it.
i claimed it approximately after making the last cover which i posted on the 24th.
so, while i do think the cover is nice and shiny and i happily give it to tricia, i want to ask back if i needed too long, or?
we do have a two weeks rule, don't we?

thx

Please do upload yours! I'll remove mine. (I was only half pleased with it anyway - and you have the prior claim.)

The cover claim wasn't on the list today when I looked. I thought it was because the project had been cataloged, but then had to be re-cataloged. And when it was redone, it didn't show up on the list again. I didn't realize someone had claimed it (since it wasn't on the list).

I hope that makes sense! :?

LOL!! Either way. I still have the files; I would just have to upload them again.

It's your choice. I am very happy either way.
