Everything except LibriVox (yes, this is where knitting gets discussed. Now includes non-LV Volunteers Wanted projects)

Title: Belle Vue Manchester history DVD

Brief description: Educational YouTube video and DVD lasting 43 minutes showcasing wiki open film footage and speaking about the history of the park and zoo. It's licensed under Creative Commons and has no ads. I don't make any money from it.

Length: 5,500 words.
Desired speed: 130wpm. (So about 43 min for the 5,500 words.)

Longer description

Hello there (though not new to Librivox audiobooks). I wanted to produce a educational video as a trial in a series of dvd's aimed at raising awareness on cultural change and minority groups (such as showmen travellers)

Here is the video with support from the MMU-NWFA and footage from youtube members
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lO1o12yjgk

Any thoughts on the project and please PM for the full word

I'm hoping to credit librivox and its members for this work and link it to another site http://www.hearts-minds.org.uk

My alternative would be to pay someone to do it or perhaps someone here will have other recommendations for me.

Appreciate it,

Hi, If I understand you correctly, you need a voiceover for the video and you have a script? I might be able to help. I have a Manchester accent of sorts, if that helps. I also lived in Gorton as a kid and spent many happy days at Belle Vue.

All the best,

Phil Benson

Thanks to the excellent audio dictation by Phil Benson I have reuploaded this video with an extra 7 mins slideshow to contain more details on the amusement park, zoo and circus acts.
The audio was 46:53 in the end. Please view the footage here
