Hi

Cover uploaded for: https://librivox.org/stories-of-the-royal-humane-society-by-frank-mundell/

https://librivox.org/uploads/covers/storiesroyalhumanesociety_1809.zip

Cover picture used was by Akira Hojo on Unsplash

Thanks

Steve
Cover caught, and linked. Thanks. Have a good look at it and see if you are happy with the result, they often look better on your computer working on a big image but they are never shown on line that size. Our catalogue reduces the 300X300 to about 160X 160, Archive uses it about 300X 300 on a normal computer screen.

Hi Anne

Thanks for linking up the cover - I'm happy with the result. I really like the graphic even though it does lose a bit of definition when scaling it down.

One problem that I have found, is that on the Archive page you have linked David Wales' General Custer graphic - Custer Battlefield to my entry rather than my graphic! :)

Cheers

Steve

Archive seems OK now.
I look on covers as a way of catching browsers eyes, rather like book covers make you want to pick them up, but it's your solo and as long as it was a PD image it's OK, I was just suggesting you look at where and how it is displayed, I'm sure all the more experienced makers have had images they liked that they just couldn't make work in the cover context.

When I was a little boy, I always wanted to be an Indian when my brothers and I were playing cowboys and Indians (even those in that era for little boys the Indians always lost).
Peace, David

Hi,

Here is a cover for: My Travels, A Family Story by Maria Hackett

https://librivox.org/uploads/covers/travels_hackett_1809.zip

Book's Librivox catalog page: https://librivox.org/my-travels-a-family-story-by-maria-hackett/

warm regards,

Amit

PS. Anne, I hope you will notice the size. I am particularly happy with that. :D No images used at all, just vectors - you can zoom all you want without any loss in quality. I hope it will do justice to all the folks who have worked so hard to record and create this audiobook.
