Hmmm, that page was there a few days ago. But I've noticed that the pixabay link I have used for years is rendering only in Spanish now. I have to translate every page back into English. The owners, I think, are not American based.
If you get rid of the last tag in the URL ("/pix") and just use https://pixabay.com/vectors/newsboy-paperboy-boy-person-news-146954/ it works.
