Ah, it appears my claim didn't go through for Remarkable Criminals for some reason - and I think someone else is browsing the claims page at the moment as I can't edit it!

I'll put you in for it, but please keep in mind we have a 2-project limit for claims (with some exceptions, such as pre-claims for BCs/soloists). Right now I show you as having 3 claims, none of which were pre-claims.

EDIT: I can't put you in, either. The good news is that if no one can edit it, no one can claim it over you.

It's very simple
1. Copy and paste the table into Excel.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Time' Column until you reach an empty cell, and type in "=SUM(", then immediately after that highlight all of the columns containing the numbers you wish to add up.
3. After all of them have been highlighted, the cell should list all of the cells you highlighted. For example, if the 'Time' column was column E, it would be "=SUM(E2:E38". Close the parentheses so it says "=SUM(E2:E38)".
4. Press enter! And the sum will come up!

Oh whoops. I knew I should've read the first post in this forum in full before I started designing all these covers as procrastination

Hi - please stick to the correct format for the file names

Please be consistent with your file names. Make sure that they really are:
booktitle_yymm.jpg
booktitle_yymm_itemimage.jpg
booktitle_yymm_thumb.jpg
booktitle_yymm.pdf.

a simple first check is that they will be in this order on your computer
booktitle_yymm.jpg
booktitle_yymm.pdf
booktitle_yymm_itemimage.jpg
booktitle_yymm_thumb.jpg
So could you check what's wrong with these 4?

I know you are new to here so let me explain. We do try to share the covers around so that we have a variety and that others just don't give up looking and not everyone is on all the time and there are different time zones. and it will probably be quiet for a bit so please wait before claiming more, 6 in under 2 days is a lot. I realise this is different from most other parts of LV but it does seem to work reasonably well. Sure it means we don't always get to make the ones we would like to make but it does mean that they all do get made, even the difficult ones

But, but, but . . . . .
Adding up times isn't the same as adding up numbers!!! There's the 60 second and 60 minute thing. Does it roll up on 60 rather than the usual 100 as in normal math? Is there a special "calculate time" command?

Excel is clever enough to register the colons between the numbers to indicate that you’re adding up time. Don’t worry!

it's much better to conduct these sort of conversations in the chat thread - for two reasons
1, because your uploaded cover posts are much more likely to be missed if this is full of chat
and 2 - If someone is looking for an answer to a question they have, they are more likely to look there than to try and wade through all the preclaims and cover posts thread.

When I have uploaded the zip I have noted that the pdf is bigger than other times. Let me know if it does not work properly. I do not recall having done anything different than in other occasions.
