Having completed the cover for "Every Man in His Humour", might I preclaim the cover for the sequel, "Every Man out of His Humour" (viewtopic.php?p=1548772#p1548772)?

Hello!

I just want to make sure; covers for my solo project (viewtopic.php?f=12&t=70629) is claimed for me? It's a long time since the claim was made, so I want to check that before I start designing them.

Another question; is it so that I can't use this picture: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Theodor_Lachanas_-_In_the_estuary_of_Achelous_Rive_-_Treasure_chest.png
..since it is Creative Commons BY-SA license? BY Means its author needs to be mentioned. If I mention it in the back cover? This picture would had been perfect for my work as pirate treasure chest.
