I think the link in the page of the book in archive.org to the page in librivox.org seems not to be correct and points to the very same page in archive.org

Sorry - must have been a senior moment.

Yes, I have prepared a new PDF file as per the template and will upload a new zip file when the project has been catalogued.

I will be using the same image for the cover.
