Following the instructions on the wiki, I've just tried uploaded the cover materials for The Upas Tree using the mc covers-covers, but the uploader wouldn't let me send a pdf or jpg file.

Put them all in one zip file and upload the zip. That works fine, and makes it easier for the admins too...

Thanks Phil - that worked. You might want to add that step to the wiki.peegee wrote: Hi MaryAnn,

@MaryAnnSpiegel: where in the wiki do you miss the zip file instruction?
(please copy the sentence where the zip file instruction should be added)

Bart, It's there, I missed it because it was buried in a paragraph after info that I didn't read because I didn't need to know how to create a pdf. It currently says:
6. Convert the file to pdf format and name it book_title_yymm.pdf. A free utility available for Microsoft Windows which might prove useful for this is PrimoPDF which installs as a printer driver. Printing from any application while this printer is selected will create the required PDF file. Some CD Cover Creation programs print each page separately, in this case when it prints the second page be sure to reselect the PDF and chose the option to append to an existing PDF. Please put all your files in one zip. When you have done more than one cover, all files should go into the same zip.
7. NEW!!! Upload your file with the LibriVox Uploader
I would edit it to (changes indicated with underlines):

7. Put all your files in one zip. [do you need instructions on how to do this? I only know because IT came up and showed me a while back. I don't think it's something most people do on a regular basis.] When you have done more than one cover, all files should go into the same zip.

Wiki is updated. I hope I didn't make any mistakes to the beautiful English language.

As most of the CD cover Wiki page is my scribbling, I claim all mistakes that can be found there as made by Hokuspokus. Ha!bart wrote:Wiki is updated. I hope I didn't make any mistakes to the beautiful English language.
