The link points to a theses from 2017, which is clearly not pd.

And right on top of the image it says very clearly: Content may be subject to copyright.
Can you find a source that is clearly pd?

Can you find a source that is clearly pd?
This image is labeled "Portion of Babbage's difference engine, drawing by Charles Babbage in 1864 from Babbage 1864." That the page said "May be subject to copyright" did not, in my view, negate the PD status of the image. Nevermind, I did it again enhancing a less clear image from the book. See below.

I signed up to create the cover for "Molly Brown's Junior Days" because I created the cover for "Molly Brown's Freshman Days" and I wanted to make the covers look consistent. I am getting married this weekend and I have realized that I simply won't have time to create this cover. As such, I must relinquish my cover claim. I hope to be back to creating album covers at a later date.
