I'm happy to announce that we now have regained control over our catalog pages.
We are again able to add covers to all pages.
Still a few minor things need attention, but basically everything is under control.

Thank you Rick for checking the links. I've added the missing code. Without doubt these problems are related to the server migration and software updates of the past four weeks.

Thank you Janette for the two covers. They are both added.

From tomorrow I'm on my bi-annual midterm holiday. I'll be in London to see shows.
