Lion - please remember to add the date (YYMM) to the file names as noted in the first post. :) I added them to these files.

Mark - I wasn't sure what you wanted done with that doc file, so I merged it with your PDF to make a 2-page PDF. :)

THANK YOU! That is what I wished, but didn't know how to achieve it. I sent the two pieces so they could be separately printed, but merging them is better.
