M4B files used to be kept in a separate catalog, if you see references to pages by number, letter, or language these probably refer to that system. The m4b files and links have been moved, now the links can be found near the links for online text and author on each Librivox catalog page while the m4b files are located on the linked Internet Archive.

And this file is a .psd file which can be opened with Photoshop or Gimp. The text is already there all you have to do is click on it and replace what I have with the appropriate information and then save it as a .jpg file:
M4BCoverTemplate.psd

The whole process is very easy.
