What happened with a couple of the ones from the Scince Fiction magazines was that the lawyers from the artists estate contacted us about the coverart and stated that although the cover as is was PD the artist still had rights over the images used .

Whoops! I was unaware of the circumstances so I've deleted the uploaded file on page 11 and the overwritten the image from the image upload. Hopefully this takes care of the problem. I use the new image and upload once I get it integrated into the m4b file.
