from the point of view of future members it would be good to mention the image source, artist and a statement that you (named) release the coverwork into the public domain.

The source is The Met. The artist was Murillo. I release the coverwork. The book was catalogued on July 23rd and is ready for it. Thanks!

re the meaning of life - I meant the information needs to be on the pdf. Look at some others - there are a variety of templates used, many have disclaimer and source built into the actual cover, others have it typed under the bit people cut out but it needs to be somewhere as a permanent record in case of future problems
