I reviewed your test sample and some changes are needed. LibriVox requires audio that is 128kbps constant bit rate, 44.1kHz sample rate, mono, and between 86db and 92db, preferably 89-90. Everything is good, except you have almost no recording volume at just 67db.

First, if you have a gain control on your mic, adjust it so your raw recording has wave forms that peak at about the 0.5 marks in the Audacity window. Make sure that the recording input level slider in the upper right of the Audacity window is to the right. If necessary, adjust the volume level before exporting by going to Filters>Amplify. An alternative is to use Filters>Normalize, choose peak and set it to -3 or -4db.
