Hi, welcome to librivox
You have several tech specs that will need to be corrected. First could you please let me know which software you are using so that i can give you correct instructions?

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I'm using Audacity for recordings.
Can you please suggest what all corrections can be done.

The bit rate should be 128 kbps. When you export, change 'quality' to 128 kbps
The recording should be in mono sound. Go to 'preferences' 'devices' and change 'channel' to 'mono'
The recording should use a constant bit rate. When you export, change 'bit rate mode' to 'constant'
audacity should remember these settings for future recordings
The volume is too low at 83dB. We aim for 86 - 92dB, with 89 being the goal. You might like to turn up your recording volume a little or amplify. You will find the option to amplify under 'effects'. If you like you can install the checker tool https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/ which is able to tell you the volume of recordings.
Once you have corrected the above please upload the new test and post the link here
