Hi Sue, welcome to librivox :D

All of your tech specs are correct but your volume is too low at 77.9dB. We aim for 86 - 92dB. If you like, you can use the checker tool https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/ to check your volume.

I can also here some background noise. You didn't say what software you are using but if you're using audacity you can run noise reduction https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Noisecleaning_With_Pics

Once you've gotten your volume up and have ran noise reduction, please upload the test again and post the link here :)

Good Afternoon - I have re-recorded my 1 minute test. The software used is Audacity on a Mac with a USB mic. The link is below. The decibel was too low on my first submission. Please review for decibel level. Thank you.

The volume is still a little too low at 85.3dB, can you try to get it up a bit more please? :)
