You just have to settings that you need to fix. You didn't say which software you used so i'm just going to give instructions for audacity as it's what most people use. you will need to let me know if you're using other software and need help fixing these things.
The bit rate should be 128 kbps. When you export, change 'quality' to 128 kbps.
The recording should use a constant bit rate. When you export, change 'bit rate mode' to 'constant'
If you are using audacity, it should save these settings for future exports.
