Welcome Kajal! Your voice is good but there are 3 things we would like you to fix in your recording set up:Kkajal wrote: ↑October 31st, 2020, 2:40 amHi All,
Good afternoon..!!
Please find my one min test.

1) we need a mono track; your test is in stereo (two tracks)
2) we need a bit rate of 128 kbps constant; your test is 109 kbps variable
3) we aim at a volume of 89 decibels ; you test is a bit loud at 92.7 decibels
1. Mono track. If you are using audacity, this is easy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lmx0q7IfLiw&feature=youtu.be
2.Bit rate. If you are using Audacity this is easy to fix. https://youtu.be/K2JWKadgtdE if you are not using Audacity tell us what you are using please.
3 . Volume. also easy, just back away from the microphone an inch or two and this will reduce the volume. Or turndown the gain at your microphone.
So... please fix these 3 things, make another test, callit TEST 2, upload and put the link in this thread so I will see it quickly. You are almost there, don't give up.

All I'm saying is that the house doesn't fill up with annoying fruit flies when I buy donuts

Your TEST 2 has fixed the bit rate ! But your volume has now dropped to 82.2 decibels. We use the Checker program to check volume and other things https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKVOYsaDoRo&feature=youtu.be It is a tiny program written just for us. If you are using Audacity I can recommend others just let me know.Kkajal wrote: ↑November 2nd, 2020, 3:21 amHi philchenevert,
