One minute test - thanks! [OK]

I'd appreciate a listen to my one minute test. I can hear my laptop running, but I know how to lower the sound floor (that's what it's called when you take out background noise, yes?). I didn't modify it at all because the directions suggested just uploading the raw file (with suggested changes before recording).

welcome to librivox

all tech specs are correct, but the volume for this recording is a little low.

we aim for 86-92db, with 89 being optimal and this is coming in at 80dB

could you please upload a new test with a higher volume and post the link in this thread. feel free to remove any background noise from the new test too.

(dont worry about any tests being exactly 1 min long either. although, i hope you have a good day too

)
