Welcome to LibriVox. You will need to fix some things in your recording setup: Please let me know what software you are using to record with.

1) We need tracks in mono (one track) ; yours is in stereo (two tracks)
2) We need a 128 kbps constant bitrate; yours is now in 117 variable
3). we aim at around 89 decibels of volume; your track is at 82.6 decibels.

If you are using Audacity here is a video that will quickly fix the first two. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8JkCgKo3fU&t=72s If you are using some other softwear you will need to fix these using that system.

To increase your volume it is best to increase the gain from your microphone or the volume gain inside the recording software.
Here is a video on estimating your volume by looking at the track. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9WF82rf81o

So... please fix these three things, make another test, call it TEST 2, upload and put the link here in this thread so I will see it quickly. Don't give up, be patient and all these things will fall into place as we work with you. :D

Oh, one comment since you asked for feedback; I would suggest that you speak faster, more like conversation, when doing your next test. Your voice is great and your diction is amazing but the speed is too slow to my ears.
