Welcome to LV!

There are a number of things to correct on your test. If you run into trouble making the corrections please let us know what software you are using and we can generally give more detailed help.

The recording is in stereo and we need mono.

There is a high level of background noise and needs to be noise cleaned. Remember that whatever you can hear in your recording environment, so can the mic.

Your volume is 82.4dB. We aim for 89dB with an allowable tolerance of 86-92dB.

You are 'popping' on some of your p's. This is what we call a plosive. Try moving your mic so your breath doesn't come in direct contact or consider a pop filter.

The bit rate needs to be 128kbps.

Please post another test to this same thread for a double check.

We need to get you a little louder. You can try adjusting your mic positioning or the input level.. Your recording is at 72.3dB. We aim for 89dB with an allowance of 86-92dB.

All other settings are correct!
