Here's my test! I have a Rode NT1-A I use for all voice recording. I run it through my Focusrite interface into my Mac. I recorded it into Audacity.

Welcome!

What you use for all voice recording? Sounds like we don't have a complete newbie here. 8-)

Everything checks out. Tech settings are all correct, and it sounds great! Go forth and record!
Mystery/PulpFic: Dope, by Sax Rohmer
The one that started them all: Self-Help, by Samuel Smiles
Elizabethan Poetry: The Psalmes of David
Boring works 30-70 minutes long: Insomnia Collection 5

Thanks so much! yeah I use my Rode/Saffire set up for everything. I've been recording singing for a long time but never dabbled with reading/voice! Looking forward to it!
