Hi, please look over my short test recording.

https://librivox.org/uploads/tests/test_intemporaliter.mp3

This is the unprocessed file - please let me know what I can do in Audacity to make it sound better?

I put it through the checker so the volume should be in the correct range.

I'm using a USB mic (Blue Yeti) on Windows 10, with the Audacity software.

All constructive criticism gratefully received!

I LOVE your accent! :D You emphasized at the right word. I think you could slow down a tiny bit just so the listeners can really understand what you are saying.

The purpose of the 1-min test is to confirm that your technical settings are as needed for LibriVox recordings which they are. :) Head on over to the Readers Wanted fora and find something fun to record!
