Welcome to LV!

The bit rate should be 128 kbps and constant rather than variable.

The volume is too low at 76.2dB. We aim at 89dB with an allowance of 86-92dB. You'll likely want to increase your input setting. Also, check your mic placement. If you put your finger on the mic you should not be able to feel your breath on it. If you do, then adjust slightly to the side.

In case you used Audacity here is a link to our video library which should be useful. https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=Instructional_Videos

Please upload the modified file (with a slightly different name) and post another link to this same thread for a double check.

Let us know if you have any trouble and if so what software you are using.
