Hi Darren!

Good job! There's just a couple of technical issues and noise issues, but they can be easily fixed! Your bitrate is variable, it needs to be constant and at 128kb. All you need to do is:

1.File>Export>Export as MP3, and under Format options you can see and change as required:

a) Bitrate: select constant
b) quality : you get a drop down menu. Select 128 kbps

2. For noise reduction:

1. Select a piece of pure noise
2.Go to effect> noise reduction.
3.Choose your settings: Noise Reduction: 12, Sensitivity: 6, Frequency: 6
4.Then choose get noise profile
5. Select the entire audio track and again, effect > noise reduction and this time, click OK.

You can re-upload the test with the changes, and then once its a PL OK!, you can start recording
