Hi, everyone.

Here's my one-minute test, recorded on a Samson C01 analog condenser mic attached to a Zoom H4n Handy recorder in my Poor Man's Voice Booth. I trimmed the resulting .wav file in Audacity (on Linux), but otherwise it's raw - no noise reduction and no amplification. I ran it through the checker tool before uploading. In the future for real recordings, I'll probably sit a little closer to the mic (checker says I'm at 87db) and do a light noise reduction.

Hi there

Welcome to Librivox.

Excellent first recording and pleasant voice.

All audio specifications are in order.

You can now go forth and seek something to record.

Cheers
